Migesa’s field engineering staff and its network of partners nationwide will support all incidents that are reported into the Help Desk and that be a result of hardware or software failure included in the contract. This service may also include configuration and / or reinstallation of the base commercial SW licensed by the client.
The types of equipment supported on this service can be desktop, laptops, servers, as well as printing equipment in its different modalities (laser, ink, dot matrix, plotters, etc..) of different brands and with its standard configuration.
